Not a Picstory, but OFR7/PWH Pics (56k safe)
I took pictures for a proper picstory that'll come up over the weekend most likely, but in the meantime...
The old bridge. Obviously, it's seen better days. What you can't see was the metal was basically flaking away around the underside of the arm holder. Yikes. ![]() ...and, the new one: ![]() A straight overhead closeup: ![]() From this angle it looks like it hits the body - it doesn't, though I had to file down the paint a hair to make it work. I'm guessing it's more the alignment of my trem studs than the bridge itself, as it wasn't bad aty all when the bridge was lower in the body, and as I raised it it began to touch a hair more - I suspect they're at a slight angle, but it's tough to measure that. And then, a dorky low aperture angle shot: ![]() I've logged a little more playtime, and it's growing on me. The tuning stability seems VERY good so far, but time will tell...
"...and everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon."

Actually, that's about the shape it was in when it came to me.
The prior owner took care of it, but the dude before him... Of course, the humid MA summers certaintly don't help. |

Yeah, I was surprised how much I dug the look of this thing with a chrome bridge. Pity the chrome nut didn't align quite right. :/
