Gotoh tuners

Warmoth Direct - Tuning Machines

Can anyone confirm if these are the same Gotohs that Ibanez uses on their Japanese guitars? Assuming I don't have any as-of-yet unforseen issues with the OFR 7, my UV will be sporting a chrome bridge in place of the cosmo black one on it now by the end of the night, and since I'd be out about $30 for a new set of tuners to match, I figure I owe it to myself to be anal.

Yeah, but they get the ones with Schaller-style buttons, like these:

hey Drew, i have a set of 6 chrome Gotoh tuners with the Schaller buttons on them that i'm trying to sell....they have Charvel logos stamped on them, though, and i dunno if used tuners would be a dealbreaker for you either. they're in excellent condition, though.

You can get the ones from Warmoth, just the button will be different. The body is the same.

Or you can get the Schaller-looking ones from Stewmac individually(set +1 seems like the best option there). I just linked that auction to show you what the difference was, and it was quick for me because I won that auction.

I need 7 though, dude... Don't worry about it, I'd rather just grab a new set and throw em on the card.

I'll grab them tonight, I just want to verify the alignment since I can't remember off the toop of my head.

yep--that's where i got the 7 chrome tuners for one of my Ibanez necks, and they were an identical drop-in replacement.

I'm battling with this myself guys. I'm looking for right side tuners that are black and an upgrade to the stock ones on the xiphos 7. Any ideas? Everything I find is either 9.5mm and my holes are 10mm either that or you have to drill out the tuner holes 1/2 way deep for (schaller I think)

Does anyone know, anywhere I might find these? I'd like to go with the planet waves ones from warmouth, as those are 10mm, you can get them in right, but only in sets of 6. So before I order 3 frign sets @ 70 each, anybody have any ideas?
