However, if the parts on those are as cheap as I think they are, he'll probably not want to work with them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | yeah--i was totally expecting the half-year or longer wait that you all had, so that's why i don't have a guitar for it yet. he was awesome to deal with, mostly for his careful attention to working around the sawn-off pole pieces. i'm not going to mess with my custom DiMarzios in the LACS or the Duncan Custom A5 in my homemade mahogany S7 [except maybe to change it to A8!]. i wish i could try the JB in my alder S7, but that was my prototype body where i didn't rout the mounting-tab areas of the humbucker route deep enough for Duncans. i also hate un-soldering my fancy complicated wiring schemes. i'll get it in some guitar sooner or later, although that might take me nine months...._actual time_ : prog/math/metal/???? on myspace |
