No EMG's will not work, because the banjo's top is a stretched drumskin. You cannot equip a banjo with a flody for the same reason, plus, the string tension is very high.

i´m thinking banjos have shorter scales, and 25.5 is nice for drop D :P

also, i love how banjos sound really mysterious and asian-like, if you play that kind of stuff on them :P
