very nice, clean work there.

i've been thinking about converting locking nut to standard nut lately, for my way-future RGA7 project. i'd love something like this that would bolt in to the locking nut holes, but of course they don't make it in a 7. i've seen people scratch-build them from Corian, but i don't have a nice collection of nut-filing tools like you do. wish i could borrow some, because i probably wouldn't ever make another nut, and i own too many tools already!
