Just got a 7 string - Few questions about fixing it up

I just got an esp/ltd F-207 thats in pretty bad shape. The bridge is corroded and has parts missing, the tuners are mismatched, and the wiring seems horrid so im fixing it up. I just ordered a brand new 7 string floyd. Next thing is the tuning heads. I cannot find tuning heads for 7 strings anywhere! How/where do I get 7 string tuners or do I have to purchase two sets of 6 string tuners?
Also the volume knob is odd. As you turn it up it functions like normal but then at allmost full volume it just makes everything go silent so I can only turn the volume up most of the way. I see different Potentiometers like 250k, 300k, 500k B500k(whats the b for??) and 1M. What difference does it make which one i choose?

you can buy schallers off of warmoth to fix the tuner issue.
the b on the pot values is most likely a different audio taper.
the higher the value, the brighter your tone. does the F have emg's? if they are active pickups, you need 25k pots. otherwise, if they are non emg or are emg hz pickups, get 500k pots, as a nice middleground.
good luck

It has EMG hzs. I plan on throwing in some blackouts as soon as I can get my hands on them tho so should i invest in a 500 for now and a 250 for later? And you meant 250k instead of 25k right?

No he meant 25k, active pickups are low impedance unlike passive.
