![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | So i will be ordering a bkp after christmas does anyone have a 6 string bareknuckle in a mahogany bodied guitar? Im going to switch out the bridge pickup on my caparison because i recently cranked it through the engl and the results were a bit dissapointing tbh the neck PU is great but iv been meaning to switch the bridge for a while. i like a clean crisp crunchy distortion tone im racking my brain to think of something to compare to so i suppose i like the 7 string tone for I by meshuggah. I just want a lot of deffinition but i like high output. Suggestions? |

i'm immensely happy with my nailbombs. if you actually speak to tim, he tends to be very good at prescribing which pickups might be best for what you need. H | |

I'm guessing for the Meshuggah sound a Warpig (maybe even a ceramic Warpig ) would be perfect. If it helps at all, I've been playing a Fireball at band practice and my Nailbomb bridge/Cold Sweat neck sounds absolutely amazing with it! They can definitely bring the crushing djent. Off the top of my head I'd say go either Nailbomb or maybe Cold Sweat. The only proof he needed for the existance of God was music. Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Without music, life would be a mistake.
