Just use dome good foam under them so they stand up straight (or do what i did and fold some business cards under the side that needs raising) |

![]() | On a side note, can anyone tell me things about the Jazz neck and/or JB bridge models that they *don't* like, or anything I should watch out for? I'm seriously considering getting them, and they will be going into a 6'er Ed Roman Quicksilver with black korina body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard. TIA for any feedback! ![]() |

TDW warned me about this when I put one in mine, and he was spot on, there's a really annoying high frequency cheese grater on ear thing it has, that you don't notice, but then a month or two later do. I think i actually play my 2027 less because of it. Jazz looks like a good choise too, the 59 i have in mine is very rocky and low gain, and I wish I'd got a jazz, but, it doesn't matter, I think the guitar is in last chance saloon and I'll have to get bareknuckles for it. |

With the JB, you really have to put some time in tweaking it. String height and individual pole piece height are very important to the tone of this pickup. If you hate the sound of it, move it, it will change. It is very sensitive to how you have it positioned in relation to the strings. ![]() | thx for the JB tips, much appreciated ![]() on another side note, yeah, noodles, I agree with you - odd that they won't make a single coil version, since they've had the Jb Jr. for some time now... |
