Dual EVO 7's

Anyone use the EVO7 in both the bridge and the neck of your seven stringer?

Just curious as to your results.

I've used dual Fred's before in an RG550 & it sounded awesome, just lowered the neck p/u a tad, but otherwise a great match.

I had that in my RG7620 when I first bought it. Found the neck evo was really nice and smooth but was at the same output as the bridge. I like my necks to have a slightly lower output and a more cleaner glassier sound.

I was kinda figuring the same, when face with equally output pickups in a guitar, I've found that just dropping the neck p/u more evens it out better.

Since this has a fairly flat eq response, I find this appealling, since I prefer to do any coloring on the amp end.
