 | Locking tuners with a floyd How do locking tuners compare to a locking nut on a floyd? I assume they're more convenient in terms of retuning but how does tuning stability hold up? I know chris broderick did it on his LACS ibanez, but does it make practical sense if one only does moderate to less-than-moderate whammy usage Just curious...thanks guys.. |

 | Locking tuners work fine on Floyd systems. Just make sure you have a nice slick nut (Graphtech is recommended). If you're in a Vai or Satch cover band, you will probably want a locking nut.  "Thank YOU, Jim Day!" |
