Total noob question

Okay, basically I really like the onboard distortion from my old 30 watt Kustom Solo 16 practice amp I got years ago(call me weird, i just like its sound). Obviously I cant use this thing for concerts,
thats what my jcm 2000 for, I was wondering if there's any safe way of running the head of the kustom into my jcm guitar input. I understand that its an extremely stupid idea to experiment with expensive equipment such as a tube amp. So is this a stupid idea? Or is there a safe way or piece of equipment that I can accomplish this with?

If it has an effects loop, go effects send from kustom into effects return/power amp of the marshal. It in all actuality doesn't, But, there should be a headphone out on most "practice" amps, that runs around +6db. So you can run headphone out (most times its 1/4" as well) into effects return/power amp in, and with it running over line level, you can push the power section harder. But I would say that you may like the kustoms sound through the combo, but more than likely you wont like it through the jcm.

Use the JCM live I'd say - the heartache isnt worth it for the Kustom. When it comes to recording, just mic up the combo.

In all theory. But I would suggest not messing with it.
