Installing active pickups?
Could anyone explain in depth how to install active pickups that need a battery. I want to get Duncan Blackout 7s when they come out for my RG7321 and I'm a little tight on cash. I dont really want to pay a tech guy to do it, so if anyone could give any info I'd really appreciate it.

The schematics should be available for you. I'm sure that SD has schematics for their active pickups listed right on their website. If they don't, then another company will. It's all the same, basically.

Don't forget you'll have to change your pots too, active pickups are generaly real low impedance.
