Can I change the tuningkey's "head" to a LSR style cylindrical shape?

I hate when I put down my guitar on my bed or put it in a gigbag and the tuningkeys moves and the guitar gets out from tune... but I think a cylindrical LSR type of tuningkey "head" (if this is the right word" would solve the problem...

So where can I buy these things?

I'd try some parts sites like Stew Mac, Guitar Parts Depot, or AllParts. Or you could just get the real deal.

Damn.... I think I'd just rather tune it again when I pulled it out of the gig bag then drop $200 on new tuners from the "real [bad] deal" there...

Some yamaha tuners have cylindrical heads but I dont think you can get them aftermarket.
