Dimarzio X2N-7

So i just got my dimarzio in today and im having some trouble wiring it. Ive only wired active EMG's before so i honestly dont have a clue where to start any help would be appreciated

I also just got an X2N7. White and black go together (if you want standard humbucker wiring), green and bare go together and are the ground, and red is the hot.

ok so put the white and black together and the green and bare together and then put the red to the volume pot

ok i done all that and got it together. its making a really loud buzzing sound but if i run my fingers along the pickup i can hear it through the buzzing. Im using an imput jack with a bare wire and a red wire and the red wire is hooked up to the volume and the bare wire is soldered to the bare back of the volume pot

the green and bare have to be soldered to the back of the volume pot, and you should tape off the connection between the white and black, so they don't hit any other parts and change the signal by making a short circuit.
