Dimarzio D Activator 7 (HELP)
Ok so I when I was at Guitar Center last week I told the stupid guy behind the counter to order me a D Activator 7 in black/cream. So when I go down there this weekend to see if it came in. Of course its now a different dumbass Im talking to. I told him what I'd ordered, he said yea we have some of those in stock. Well they told me last week they didn't stock SS pickups. So he's like " Hey look at me everyone Im fucking retarded I can't find this guys pickups" He then tells me how Dimarzio gives them the run around to just buy them from there website. I think he just never had them ordered
 Anyway I went to their website and I didn't see anywhere to order.  Can someone tell me where I can find a Dactivator 7 and what would be a good matching Neck Pickup? |

Yes Mike is the man dude. He will give you the best prices and you will get the item fast! Your encounter reminds me of my encounter with a dip shit here at the Nashville GC,,, I was trying to find a trem for a Conklin 7 string,,,and this "Cocksmith" kept trying to sell me a Fender style P.O.S. for a 6 string.... He apparently could only here 6 string....lol. 7 made no sense....

I ordered my Air Norton S from him during Namm Week & had it by the end of Namm Week.
He hadn't even advertised that he'd had them yet, I'd just mentioned to him that I'd be looking for one when they come out & he spilled the beans on me, so I paypal-ed him the $$ that day, & had them in 2. He's been great to me, I've bought several things from him.

D Activator Neck, most like. I have an Air Norton 7 neck with a DA7 bridge, and they match pretty well, tonally, but the DA7 bridge is fucking HOT. HOT!!! It's loud as hell, man.
