Blaze Custom closest thing to a higher gain AN7?
Does anyone know what the closest higher output pickup match to a Air Norton would be? Thanks.

Your question is kind of hard to comprehend.Are you saying..you want something to pair with an AN7 with a higher output..?

No. I am looking for a pickup with similar tonal qualities to a AN7 but higher output. Thanks for pointing out that my question was unclear.

According to the Dimarzio tone charts, the BC is similar to an AN7 with a hint more mid and much higher output. That's why I went for it when Dimarzio refused to make me a green AN7. I had an Evo7/BC combo in my old RG7321 and the BC makes a very nice but very hot neck pickup.
