I'm even becoming less enamored with that one, the more I use that guitar plugged in. I'll definitely be trying the magnet swap...

nick, just my
, you seem all hung up on this creme/zebra color scheme... seems kinda to me to sacrifice tone for looks. i personally love ceramic magnet dimarzios, but if your accustomed to duncans, you probably won't be 100% happy with them. |

I'd stick with the Bare Knuckle Miracle Man you were thinking about. Color scheme be damned.

can you get what you want in creme, and just paint one side black?
I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate. We'll cross the streams. |

Avoid the TZ7 in mahogany at all costs, it's probably the worst 7 string pickup I've ever used. It was thin and harsh, but worst of all it made me sound like I was playing thorugh a shitty £50 practice amp all the time. My votes would be an Evo7, PAF7 or DS7 if you're going with Dimarzio, or go the Duncan route with bobbin toppers.

fuck it . (I gotta stop being such a fucking pussy sometimes )these are the 4 I'm thinking about dimarzio D sonic 7 BK Miracle man Lungren M7 Duncan SH5 Opinions out of these 4 which is the ballsiest pick up that will sound good for lead and rhythm. (I 'm primarily more of a lead player) this is what I got last night with the stock p/u's out of my B-52 thru my Marshall cab (real real real quick clip) sorry it's so dark I've never tried to record video off of my digital camera before (I didn't even know I could until last night )http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v3...t=DSCN0648.flv |

D Sonic 7, John Petrucci plays lead and it sounds sick. If you like active tone go for the Lundgren M7.
