Pickup selector switch / knob.
Hi. I have been wondering about this for a while, maybe someone here knows something about it!
Is it possible to have the 3 way pup selector switch be a knob? I know a lot of basses are set up like this, so you can blend the two pickups on a knob, with the knob also having indents at Full Left, Center, and Full right. ...I suppose if basses do it, there is no reason a guitar couldn't have the same electronics set-up. I'm more curious as to why more guitars don't come standard with this, it would be much less limiting than just the 3 positions - plus aesthetically it looks a lot nicer! Thanks! |
