Which guitar should I put my pickups in? Reworded it a little better
I just got a SD JB/Jazz set and was wondering which guitar I should put them in. I have a LTD F-50 that has a Bill Lawrence that I'm not really liking, and then I have a Washburn Idol that doesn't have any pickups in it at the moment. It's going to mostly be used for J-Rock but occasionally heavier stuff like Amon Amarth and some random drop A stuff. So which would they sound better in? Mahogany or basswood?
