Blaze middle or DP701 ?

That, because my Universe(s) got a single pickup called Blaze middle and :
they have no-adjustable pole pieces opposite to the DP701 (called Blaze-single) that has adjustable pole pieces

so what ?

The original Blaze Single had non-adjustable, chrome, "slug" style pole pieces. The switch over to the hex poles was made in the mid 90's.

Let me guess, this is on one of your UV7s?

According to DiMarzio, the pickups are identical, minus the style of pole piece.

I'm after a DP701 for a project and wanted to be sure it's the same PU I have on my UV7(PWH+PWH+BK+7MC)
