I think THIS would be even better for a guitar.

I would like to fit 707's in my 2027, and put in that same pot instea dof a tone.

Considering the guitar only has one knob in it, I'm not adding any of those.

Trust me. If you knew my rig, you'd realize that none of those are necessary. With me, it's about how a guitar plays, not how it sounds. As long as the pickups are average, my rig takes care of the tone.

Ok, so does anyone have any good methods for filling the cavities on the guitar (i.e. pickups, trem cavity, etc) so I don't get those filled in with rhino liner? I'm thinking just regular masking tape won't be good enough.

Well... since I'm on Spring Break, I finally got around to getting the body rhino linered. It's getting done as I type this, and I should get the phone call to go get it any minute now (they said it'd be ready around 3pm). So when I get it back, I'll take pics and post them, and then I'll reassemble the guitar and take more pics to post.

Only charged me $50 too!

Sweet! I'm going to be building a speaker cab and i'm planning on using Rhino Liner or Line-X to finish the box. Can't wait to see it!
