Schecter 007 Elite + Evo7 = What do you think?

I've recently acquired a Schecter 007 Elite from technomancer on this site. I find that the low end of it is a little less clear than I'd like, but I have a DP704 from my Iceman sitting at home in its box right now, and I'm thinking of trying it out. Do you guys think it will go well? Will I still be able to get a thick, chugging rhythm tone but with a little more clarity? I assume it will be fine, and a little experimentation never hurts, but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say, first. Thanks in advance, guys.
