So anyone here played the new Krank pedal - " Distortus Maximus " ?

I saw the Guitar One review of it. They liked it I didnt! Its not high gain at all and its not much better than the boss metal zone.

well I did play 3 krank amps and they all blow donkey dick. So I sure the pedal does too.

Over here in the UK this pedal has had very good reviews, but I've never tried it myself. I think I remember it being on the pricey side of things, and they said it was obviously modelled to sound like Kranks own high gain sounds on their Revolution heads and combos.

Like with every pedal It's probably worth you trying it out yourself, but I know some of you guys won't after what Krank did on the 'Harmony-Central' forums.

Well I never played a Krank amp, and i dont know much about them...
i wanted to buy some pedal/effects... maybe the line 6 pod , boss metal zone...will be better... still have to save some $..

we saw it at Musikmesse Frankfurt (though didnt hear it).

my friend picked it up, had a close look, turned it around to look at the back, one of the knobs fell off, he put the pedal back and we said we wouldnt buy one
