That's called fretwear. You need to get your frets leveled.

alright thanks, im gonna get it examined and fixed ASAP

EDIT: i just called my dad, he said that we are going to go straight to his friends shop sometime next week and let him look at it and tell the cost. Also my dad gets paid next week so he said that it will be easier for him to pay for it.
Im getting excited cause now the guitar is gonna be fixed.

also how long does it usually take to level the frets?

No, he said he's got a dent in it. That's a re-crowning. Leveling is for when one fret is higher than another. His fretwear sounds like it needs a recrowning.

You're correct. I kept thinking that the one fret was smaller than the rest, hence the need for a fret leveling job.

Depends on the tech. Guitar techs aren't a 'standard' profession, as in there's lots of them out there so the competition drives the prices lower. So each tech sets his/her own prices.

For reference, I spent just under $300 on a total refret with Stainless Steel frets. So recrowning should be <$100 I would imagine.

the frets still need to be relevelled, if theres a dent it means theres a part of the fret thats lower than the rest of the frets, and if you try and recrown it without leveling it you will have a low spot, and the issue will still remain

you should be able to get a level crown and polish done for about 100... its not too expensive.
