Exclamation Hard time getting Pinch Harmonics on More Bass pickup?

Hi all are you guys having this problem when suppose your guitar had a more bass pickup such as a Blaze, D sonic or Tne Zone or maybe even the EMG 707 since the bass is more then the treble... Do you guys have a hard time to get good clear pinch harmonics? I am truely having a hard time to get a good clear pinch harmonic on my Dimarizo Super Distortion ...

Can someone shed some light here?

I dont have a hard time getting pinch harmonics at all. on any pickup. my 1077XL has ToneZone 7, and as much as i dont like that pickup, i can get harmonics off it. Pickups play an important role, but if you arent getting them at all, you might want to take a look at what you're doing.

Read this:

That should help you refine your technique a bit.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

Could very well be a setup problem too. If you're fretting out somewhere pinch harmonics aren't going to ring out.

I forgot to ass that actaully i my pickup the pole pieces is having mis alignment as which i got the pickup the salesman never told me about this misaligment .... can misalignment give a MASS drop in output?

I have a regular Ibanez RG321 with the vintage trem .... as i thought F spaced was for only Floyd roses ...

try getting a pinch harmonic without the guitar plugged in, you should be able to hear it even without the amp on... if you cant hear it it could be your technique or how the guitar is set up

Knights that say
