Intonating Fixed Bridges = ...

Intonating fixed bridges =

Only took me about 30 minutes, with most of the time spent on the low B...

...because it's a 52!

I know, I know, using a 52 for the low B is asking for punishment, especially when people like Chris use a 52 wound for their G, and re-bar for their low B. But I ran out of D'Addario sets and had to use my Ernie Balls, which use a 52 instead of a 54.

That is all. Fixed bridges rock. Time to jam.

amen!

I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate.
We'll cross the streams.

The only thing i don't like about Tune-o-Matics is that the screws for actually moving the saddles are in such an inaccessible location.

I can do my EBMM JP 7 in much less time, simply turn the screw in the back...and I still get to wank my bar

?? where are yours? i have my tune-o-matics on all my guitars so they are on the back side, the strings may be right over them, but they are easily moved aside...guess you could flip it around and put them towards the bridge pup if you want, its all a matter of preference, they work just as well either way.
