Interesting to see if this works as the arm holder on edge pro is going, but I may just switch that to an OFR arm, as I broke another bar at the weekend

Yeah, the II started out as a single locking trem, then became the same as Schaller's licensed trem. Those are cast, but don't have the extras the Edge trems have. They're notorious for having striped intonation threads in the baseplate. Oh yeah, and the chrome liked to peel off the cast saddles(I think they use the regular Floyd saddle now, which won't peel).

Interesting tid-bit, the Floyd IIs were at their worst during the "Fender" years, for one thing they didn't carry the "Made In Germany" stamp. We all thought they were being made in some sweat shop.

Because I'd rather not route the fuck out of the guitar. If it doesn't drop in (and it should), then I'll either sell the OFR7 to someone here or hold onto it for a future project, and just buy a LoPro Edge.

7DT, I'm pretty sure you can't drop a OFR into an Edge Pro, as even an Edge or a LoPro won't fit an Edge Pro route without work - the bridge post positioning is different, I've been told.

What guitar is this for?
