Question Active pups questions.

Hi all,
In my RG7620, where would I put the battery? Do the pups work without a battery? Could I install a switch near the knobs to turn the battery on/off? I have never seen active pups so I don't know how they are usually installed. The Blackouts are made so the will slide right in correct? Did anyone post pics of the install process?

Thanks.

What pickups you have/wanted to have ????????
If active - you need battery
If passive - you don't need

Active p'ups have a stereo input hack that acts as a circuit of sorts. When your cable is removed, the circuit breaks and the battery stops draining. Active pups without batteries produce sound, just very terrible shitty sound.

you want the battery with actives, fo sho. so htey work right and shit
just put the battery (cover it in foam or something so it doesnt move) in the cavity. then, if youre really sure you wanna keep em, get a battery box put in

Reverse Headstocks or Bust
