Another NKD

Got her early this morning. Our other cat recently stopped coming home. We believe it was a fox/wolf as they are sometimes in the area. Regardless, one day he stopped coming home.

She is already very friendly. She came spayed w/ shots which was nice, the last cat gave me ring worm. Her name is Ibby, which I suggested as a joke but everyone else thought was cute. I should probably get an Ibanez at some point to match.

I'm also convinced that with some work, I can make her Djent. Currently she's just too shrill, all highs w/ no bass.

You should look into getting an EQ to tame those highs, lol

Sorry about your other kitty, though You sure he's gone? We had our cat mosey away for 3 months before and he came back. Slightly emaciated, but it was certainly him.

This is the end of dog racing."

Easily the longest he has ever been gone. I'd love for him to come back but we do live in a rural area, so I doubt he'd have many places to go.

That second picture is quite possibly one of the cutest things I've ever seen

Do you see some of those big imposing Securitrons with their lovely laser guns and rocket launchers and scary faces? I am not one of those.

Sorry to hear about your runaway cat.
But this new kitty is cute as all holy hell, as kitties are prone to do.

I thought only male cats were fully ginger?

EDIT:

Yes you can. It's all in the genes. The orange gene is on the X chromsome so a ginger female has to inherit 2 copies of the orange gene, one from her mother and one from her father.

A male ginger cat is more common as he only needs to inherit one copy from his mum, he would get a Y chromsome from his dad, which doesn't have any colour genes on it.

A female ginger cat is only possible when the dad is ginger and his mum is either ginger herself, or it a tortoiseshell. A tortoishell cat has one orange and one 'not orange gene' and is only possible in females as the males only have one copy of the gene.

Cool, I didn't know one was less common than the other.

Dude, that cat is cute as hell. Ibby is kind of a hilarious name... Also what's her scale length? That might be the problem, I hear if you have a 30" scale length you can make almost anything djent.
