I can't think of a specific funny story, but I know that because I was in the Army.
I do have a lot of awesome stories from basic, though.

I love having a shaved head!

1. You just get up in the morning and ..oh yeah no hair ...I'll just stay in bed for an extra 10 minutes.
2. It makes you look more manly.
3. You can cut your own hair without it making you look like a retard.
4. It makes you play guitar faster and sound heavier

Damn, was hoping to hear a story about you getting pinned down and having sunscreen forced onto your scalp or something along those lines.
I don't think a sunburn on my scalp would be something I want to experience.
