OK guys, basically I've entered B.C. Rich's Facebook competition to design a new guitar based on the old Beast shape. All the received entries have been upped to BCR's Facebook page, and mine is up there too - a white Beast with black bevels, a Quad fixed bridge, a DiMarzio X2N and a Sustainer. I don't do computer mockups so it's just a drawing that I photographed, but I'd really, really appreciate it if some of you guys would click like on the photo (thereby casting your vote) if you like what you see.

Just in the interests of raising awareness for it... I feel like a bit of a shit for spamming people and being underhand, but I can't imagine I'm the only entrant doing this...

The prize for this competition is that the winning guitar gets put into production, and the entrant that submitted it gets serial #1!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd love to see this guitar being made!

Also I would've voted for yours anyway cause its the most original I think. It's not just a Beast with EMG's and a floyd and cool artwork. You earned my vote!

Thanks mate - I consciously tried to make something a little different, something I'd want to see (I also had you lot on SSO in mind - I am aware of a general disdain here for Floyds and EMGs on every new guitar, and I hate that myself) - hence going for a high-output passive and a Sustainer (my favourite part!) and the Quad bridge.

Personally, I'd go for the Floyd over a fixed, but other than that I'd totally rock the .... out of your design.

Not so much the others.

Except it'll probably be some low-end shitty floyd, in which case I would definitely take the Quad.

I hope so too - I may lose faith in humanity if the winning guitar has a Floyd and EMGs. It's just such a boring, over-done combination, it's like autopilot for metal guitars - as I say, I consciously went for something different.

Whiskey_Funeral For that much money I'd just put myself through Luther School and build the damn thing myself. MaxOfMetal I just love guitars. It doesn't matter how many strings, frets, pickups, or wood used I just dig the .... out of them all.
