It's not actually funny nor clever. It's just a sad attempt to jump on the Christian bashing wagon. Now granted it's in many cases deserved, but this is tacky and childish, no real wit involved.

If you think it's bashing, I'd say it hit a little too close to home. Get the stick out of your butt and enjoy a little humor instead of trying to make the post into something it is not. The humor is in the Content Warning part because countless books have been banned for the same type of topics because of the bad influences those topics supposedly had on kids (and adults), oh the irony.

No bashing here, I read the bible on occasion and enjoy it for the heavily edited and altered for personal agenda work that it is. For the most part the old testament is an excellent guide for early human survival. Nor do I think there is anything wrong with Christianity, I'm all for a close personal relationship with god, the problem usually comes when you put the church of man between you and god.
