the sad thing was that since i was there for only 3 weeks, i had no real business to step into that verbal assault to a guy who had been there for about 4 years. the employees fault? none. just the manager was having a bad day and flipped out on him.

i quit the next day

i would have told his boss. then said i was going home for the day because i was upset (and wait for mofakka in the parking lot

yeah, but he WAS the boss of that store. been working there for 30 years, so no one really bothers questioning him.

Shuddering, I think back to a time when i had to work for Toys R Us for 1 months...December...on Saturdays...I died a bit every single day, every minute, every second...when a 2m tall muscleman stands in front of you, and threatens you that he will kill you, because "I WANT THE FREE WONDERLAND-FERRARI THAT COMES WITH RAINBOW-HAIR-BARBIE!! AS IN YOUR COMMERCIAL!!! YOU UNDERSTAND???"...I quit that job on Dec. 23rd, right in the morning when i got there, 1 hour before the store opened and on ym arrival there were 500 people waiting in front of it, ready to storm the gates...

The ones made by Trojan with the odd commercials on Comedy Central? They have those at my local Walmart "Garden Market" super market.

To be honest, I prefer Publix(Southeastern US supermarket chain), though it's more for the fried chicken and subs, as they're employees seem to be just as apathetic as the ones at Walmart.

the reason retail workers are treated like that are cause whats the worst that can happen to the costumer? they go to another Walmart? i have 3 in a 15 mile radius of my house literally.

and idk what kind of walmarts you guys have, but all the ones i have been to in idaho are the supercenter ones, i have been to one in oregan that was a normal one and it was garbage.

My work has ranged from bar work to European branches of Microsoft and UBS. I've met a lot of shitty customers but I've never had a boss who wasn't there for me.

Now i work in Japan and I'm as disposable as a used tampon.
