I got my friend a guitar once. As a wedding gift, I gave him my RG 450 DX WH to him, he always loved playing the guitar so I said why not, I play 7s now, it was a pretty good gift.

That's awesome. The "best man" gift is NEVER for the couple, and it should always have a special significance. (I've been there a few times...)
