Hey guys! I'm Cameron, ive been playing for about 5 years, im in a band with Zac, hes on here too. I play an Agile interceptor 7 EMG. Im recently starting to buy equipment that doesnt suck so i need to learn more about whats good and what isnt, so i came here to read up. Greetings everyone,

My name is Mathew Pike, I have been playing guitar since around '99, I started years before that but I ended up becoming a progressive metal/death metal drummer for a long time. I started playing Seven strings around '01, but use six strings mostly. My seven string is actually in pieces right now, unfortunately. I plan on purchasing a new seven string real soon(sooner than later I hope). I play Ibanez guitars pretty exclusive, I have a couple of sentimental guitars that aren't Ibanez that have stuck around. I listen to mostly european metal, progressive metal, and black metal. Devin Townsend is my favorite musician of all time and nothing has led me to believe otherwise. I have my own solo project that I write and record for, but I don't play out yet considering I am the only member as of now. If you want to hear what I sound like:

Hello there, I'm new here and in world of sevenstrings... I don't even have a sevenstring guitar but I'd like to buy one in short time (when I'll have some money ). My name is Boris and I'm from Poprad in Slovakia in the heart of Europe (hope most now where Slovakia is...). I'm 16 and I've been playing guitar for more than two years (I know you say it's very short time, but I don't mind, I'm learning and like the way I do it) and I'm really amateur player but beside that I want to buy 7string (I'd like to tune down my guitar but I have guitar with Floyd Rose so it's very hard to set it and tune it, or it's even impossible because string are too near to the pickups). Well I think it's quite enough about me... and please could anyone tell me where to make a thread about guitar I consider buying?
