Yo Wayne, I checked out your tunes from your sig. Overall not too shabby. The one that really stands out to me is the bluesy "Blue Sky". It's good stuff, and it has your best guitar tone. You're a good bluesy guitar player. As for the others, some of the mixing was off on them and I had a hard time discerning the guitar parts, but I must say Blue Sky was fun to listen to !!

I'm not saying the others are bad, but if you still have the multi-tracks, maybe we (I at least) could help you remix?

Wow I appreciate that. First off, and this is in now way out to make me seem like a better musician, but I did those tune in one take, with no written lyrics and I just wung the solos...I just purchaesd the Zoom 8 track and I wanted to get some ideas down...then I got excited and posted...part of me wanted to wait, but the little kid in me won the argument...I am now working on some new tunes, this time I want to take my time, and try and do it right...once I get them down, or even one, then perhaps we can discuss things more. Thanks desertdweller, I really, really appreciate your willingness to help..I'll keep my eyes on your site and watch out for the CD!

Hey what's up?

First time here.... I've been playing for 17 years now and just bought my first seven string. I'm really starting to get into it. I'm not in a band at the moment but I'm doing a lot of writing and recording on my own. Anyway, just wanted say hello.....

1 more thing... post your recordings here when you get a chance. A lot of us post our recordings, and this group has some really talented players. I think I speak for everyone in that we'd love to hear your music too.
