Intro !
Hi folks,
My names Ben and I'm hunting down my first 7 as we speak. I'm 30yrs old, been playing for 21 of those and I live in the UK.
My main guitar is a Jem777DY and I play it through a Digitech multi into a Trace Elliott. I'm into Vai, Van Halen, Paul Gilbert, Malmsteen and Lynch.
For an intro into 7 playing I'm probably gonna go with something cheap off of evilbay and if I get into it I'd like to save up for an 80's Universe. When I get kitted ouit I'll post up some picks.
I make Stunt Guitar videos for the guys over at www.blind-summit.co.uk but I think the 7 plaing will be just for personel fun at the moment, although I understand a lot of you guys use 7's live.
I can't think of a real reason why I'm so desperate to own a 7 other than the Spinal Tap factor of "It's one louder!"
