mmm margaritas

...Oh yeah.. uhm HI!

Maybe its the 3 margaritas talking but, this forum is badass! I am a member of another forum called jam session, and it has a totally different vibe to it. This one is definitely more up my ally.. MOTHERFUCKIN METAL!

okay.. that last outburst definitely was the alcohol talkin...

A little about me.. well.

I've played guitar for 9 years, loved every second of it, well ever since i could play come as you are (nirvana). Learning my first song was so pivotal to my guitar playing, it latched onto my soul and at the age of 13 it was a weird bond. Anyhoozle, I went from smashing pumpkins, to metallica, to Tool, to now my new favorite band is Cradle of Filth...oddly enough i dont like their new material...

Hmm my setup- well, my first guitar was a fender squire, its actually not that bad of a guitar I still play it on occasion, then I bought an Ibanez 6 string which i've modified by putting EMG 81/85 pickups in. I've played with that guitar for about 6 years, but ever since I got my Schecter Blackjack 007 its been collecting dust.. sadly. Ah, my Schecter.. I love this guitar.... holy shit im rambling..

Wow, on to my amp setup. I play through a boss GT8 which i just got for AxeMas, that gets amplified by my Peavey 5150II which sounds fucking awesome. I never had an amp sound so bad ass as this. I have a custom 4X12 cab setup by Dave at avatar speakers. It has 2 Eminence swamp thangs on the bottom, and 2 celestion vintage 30's up top... best of both worlds IMO.

well before a chapter two errupts, i shall sign off.

Word. I could go for some margaritas. At the moment, I've been reduced to Milwaukee's Best Ice. But, it's better than nothing, eh!

there's a mexican resteraunt in my town that makes the best maragitas in the world...kinda wish I'd gone out tonight, but I decided I'd have a long-overdue binge-practice instead.
