Hey there
Guitar Center had a blowout on lots of guitars this weekend, and they had a Schecter Gryphon-7 that was usually $430 for $280. I played it for an hour, and I couldn't pass that up.

The playability isn't perfect, but for the price it's a steal and it's by no means unplayable that's for sure The 26.5" scale length was mostly a no brainer to adjust to.

My next guitar purchase will likely be a Carvin 727 (I love my DC125C) or maybe a nicer Schecter. I've got short fingers, but still, the neck on it feels pretty nice.
