Hello From Toronto!

Hi Everyone,

First post here.
Live in Toronto, Canada and its STILL winter here!!

I have been playing guitar for about 25 years on and off, but really can't play all that well as I usually play a bit for a few months and then forget about it for a year or two. Kids in the house make it difficult to blast the metal in the basement. I certainly enjoy it though. Mostly a rhythm player.

Current gear. ESP H-307 with EMG-707s, 1990 Ibanez 540 PII, Hamer Californian Elite. Play through an age old Peavey Bandit 75 and a POD-XT.
My guitars through the ages have been Axstar/Ibanez, BC Rich NJ series Warlock, BC Rich Mockingbird, Jackson USA Rhandy Rhoads, Jackson SLSMG and now what I currently have.

I am going to be selling my ESP in the coming months as I am working on two projects

1) a 7-string Ibanez 540 pII, mahogany, blackouts, L-pro 7, Chris woods neck (maybe)
2) a 6-string Jackson Demon, mahogany, super 3 hum, Gotoh tremolo, OEM jackson neck

Favourite bands are nevermore, forbidden, and almost all the late 80s early 90s bay area thrash. Favourite bands at the moment are Blotted Science, Three, Protest the Hero and lots of other progressive metal stuff.

I am glad to have found this forum.

It's snowing (light flurries) as i look out my window at this very moment.

I don't mind winter... i mean, it's a fact of life living where we do... but enough is e-fucking-NOUGH!
