hi guys, my name is peter, i'm from austria (i live near vienna) and i am a 7string-addict. i bought a RG7420 in 2000 (or early 2001?..can't remeber) and still love and play it, altough its getting time for a new one, but i just bought a diezel herbert (after 13 years playing over crappy stuff) so a new axe has to wait a little longer...

i mainly registered to inform me about all the 7string pickups available(*), but after reading some topics, i think i could stay for more, very nice community.

(*): i still got the stock ones inside..never been unsatisfied with them because i played a marshall VS 8100 the last 6,7 years so the pickups where not the problem

...but now as i finally got the perfect amp (for me) i will start to "upgrade" my other stuff...

my band is called REANIMA, we do some death metal stuff (with a little bit of hardcore/thrash metal/otherstuff influences here and there...) and you can check 2 of our songs (1 newer ["golden acrimonious hellhound"], 1 = old crap) HERE.

yeah, but they are around only since a few years...there where non in the hole country when i was single...
