Hi everyone, I've been lurking about for a while but now that I've finished sorting out my guitar I thought it would be as good a time as any to say hello and show off my pride and joy. Played for about 13 years now, though only electric for about half that. I like "head-scratchingly" complicated music but I much prefer interesting rhythm parts and tonal stuff to straight-up shred.

So my first ever 7: Picked up an RG7621 on eBay for the bargain price of £250 and to my great surprise it turned up in one piece, but needed a bit of work. So I got new electronics, an evo7 and AN7, locking tuners, locking strap buttons, a custom pickguard and NEW KNOBS (oh yes).

Now it plays and sounds like giving birth to a big diamond - hard, loud and expensive!
