Hello!

I just have found that forum - as I write from work now - I'll try to be quick (before my manager explodes).

I'm 30yr old guitarist originally from Poland, I live in Scotland since 2004. I've been playing guitar 15 years, but moved to 7 string just 5 years ago.
Influenced mostly by technical metal bands (Arsis, Theory In Practice, Martyr, Necrophagist, Faceless, Capharnaum, Carcass), but also musicians like G.Govan, A.Holdsworth, F.Thordendal, Bulb, and Mattias Eklundh.

My current gear:
PodXt,
2x Ibanez 7620,
Jackson Soloist

Recently used gear:
LTD M207
Yamaha RGZ612,
Crusader by Lootnick,
Parker Nitefly
ESP Mirage Custom
JEM copy by Ran Guitars
MG Amplification "Fendmess" 100W tube amp
Soundman cabinets
Marshall Valvestate VS100 half-stack
Small BC-Rich amp (man, that was crap ...)

Future gear:
Guitars: I'm hoping to build my own guitar in couple of months time - and if that goes smoothly, I'll try to build ... Crusader II !
Amps: Probably another MG head, Engl Powerball or VHT Pitbull
Effects: blaaaah - Guitar+cable+amp = that's all I need!

I'm still looking for people in Glasgow area to form a metal band, maybe I'll finally find some metalheads through this forum ?
