Name's Gus, just go tmy first 7 string this past weekend, and a friend told me i should check this place out. Seems pretty damned cool from what i've sen so far.

I'm having a hell of a time adapting to this monster, but having fun too. Looking forward to learning whatever I can from you fine folks.

In case any one is wondering, I got a used Schecter Omen-7. Nothing too extravagant, but for my first one it ain't half bad.

I've been playing guitar for about 13 years, and while i've messed with baritones, i've never really noodled with 7 strings all that much.

My normal rig consists of a Gibson Les Paul Studio, an old Ampeg vl1002 Half stack, a minagerie of pedals and a Hockey mask... which really has no bearing on my tone, but it's mreo for my personal enjoyment.

So with all that said, HELLO 7string.org !
