 | New member, fellow 7 stringer. Hi, everyone. Just like to introduce myself. Some of you may already know me from other forums. HC= kherman Carvin = KH Duncan = kherman Esp = k65h to name a few. Been playing guitar since the early 80's. Started messing with 7 strings in '00. My current 7 strings are:  Schecter V-7.  This was my first 7 string. Really a great guitar. Excellent choice for a first 7 string. Solid build. Eventually I'll stick some new pickups in her. But, I get by with the DDs for now. '05 Carvin DC727c.    This is my main 7 string. It was a identical replacement for my '02 DC727. The '02 developed a truss rod problem. So, I sent it back to Carvin. They looked it over and decided to just build me a whole new guitar. The '05. Fully covered under warranty. Carvin's been really good to me. The '05 has been working great. My other guitars are: '89 Carvin Dc127 '89 Carvin Dc200 '94 Carvin Dc400 '98 Parker Fly Deluxe. '06 ESP/Edwards John Sykes LPC replica. '03 Diodati 59Q (LP style) '03 Diodati 58 (LP style) '03 Fernandes Ravelle Deluxe I used to bee in a band called Dimension X on Unicorn records. Wrote and recorded on the first CD. Co-Writer on the second CD (will be released on july 13th) I left DX at the end of Dec. last year. Troy Stetina took my place and rerecorded the guitars for the 2nd cd. I've moved away from the Prog Metal/Rock scene, and am currently working with a few friends on a Power Metal project.  Hope to finish up writing soon and be in the studio by fall. Still love to listen to Prog. But, the power metal project is where my heads at right now. Anything else you'd like to know just ask.
