hey im the new guy

Oi everyone, Im Jeff and im 16 and ive been playing guitar about a year and a half now. I think i strained my wrist last week so im giving my left wrist a break and i havent really played in a week now. its killing me but i dont wanna injure myself completely so i figure this is a good thing. it feels stronger but not up to par yet.
I dont have a 7 yet but im looking at the schecter c-7 hellraiser. Anybody have some reccomendations on that? anyway i cant find one online anywhere so i think im going to drive down to the guitar center an hour and half from here and see.
I love metal, anything metal really but i am also a huge fan of grunge like Soundgarden my personal fav of the era. too bad they arent around. anyway glad to be here and ill be back after i sleep through some school.

welcome. Schecters are pretty solid -- a lot of people (Incl. myself, this coming tuesday) own one. I also enjoy the ibanez 7's a lot.
If you want a hellraiser, DrumCityGuitarLand.com has one for 699$.

Greetings, dood. Metal is a GOOD thing, yeppers.

As for Schecters, generally very solid guitars. I've yet to play a Hellraiser, but the other Schecters I've played at GC and the late, lamented Mars, felt and sounded really good. I'd buy one.
