And to answer your questions: I absolutely love the DA7's, My first choice for 7 string pickup's were going to be a EMG 81-7 in the bridge and a EMG 707 in the neck, but insted I went with the DA7's because I really like what DiMarzio did with them! A pickup that act's like an active but is a passive, plus they are cheaper and you dont have to route your guitar. :cough: Moving on... The bridge pickup is smooth and sounds very tight, a very balanced pickup that is loud as hell and great for metal! And the neck pickup is very very bright withought being too piercing or shrill and are awesome to get your shred on! And to answer rg7420user's question, yes, my avatar is from the GI Joe PSA's!
