Hail from France ... Kinda.

Hi there !

I'm a left-handed 7 string player coming from the North of France, and I'm spending 9 months in Auld Reekie (Edinburgh for non UK residents

) as a French Assistant. I've been playing guitar for 7 years now and 2 years and a half as a 7 stringer. I mostly play metal (from Cannibal Corpse to Sikth to Unearth to Meshuggah ... Challenging things catch my attention and make me want to play along) ; I have an old-school thrash band named S.O.H (Seeds Of Hate, Exodus FTW !), a comical seizure country jazz metal project named Boof Kroop (pun intended ; it means "eat asses" in French ... and we are all stupid Goof Troop fanatics) and I've played in many other jazz and funk bands ...

I've been a ss.org regular since september and I was always wondering if my English was good enough to post here ... I suppose that today I had the confidence to try it

Etant Assistant de Français avec des élèves allant de 11 à 18 ans, je peux te dire, urklvt, que ton Français est vraiment pas mal du tout ! Pour être franc, je suis même étonné de voir quelqu'un n'habitant pas un pays francophone utiliser des tournures aussi "french sounding"

A moins que tu ne sois Canadien comme Playstopause ou Durero !
