Member re-introduction

Greetings from Minnesota. Its been quite a while since I last posted anything here. I am finally joining the seven string ranks with a Washburn WG587. For $100, I had to do it.

I had a originally planned on ordering a Carvin DC727. I had one on order and they ended up losing the order for a few months. It took much longer than expected and since I was guitarless at the moment, I ended up cancelling my order and buying a 6.

I also bought a block letter 5150 and an Avatar cab with Hellatone 60's in it. I also picked up a Boss NS-2 gate.

Its nice to finally own a manly rig. I've played 2-3 gigs with my setup and it was awesome. I can't wait to hear what it sounds like with a seven.

I currently play in a band called After the Shadows. We play stuff similar to
Living Sacrifice, Becoming the Archetype, and Haste the Day.

I've been married for about 9 months now. Marriage is sweet. We bought a Cocker Spaniel puppy around Christmas time. He is currently about 6 months old.

I'll post pics of the rig and my puppy when I get home from the cabin this weekend. I am very excited to finally own a seven!

I should add that right now, my main guitar is a Parker P-42 in black. Its a sweet guitar. The build quality could be a little better but the thing plays itself. Its the most comfortable guitar I have played and the price was great! Heres a pic me at Club 3 Degrees in Minneapolis with my P-42...
