Hey'up

Urmm new here so here's my story. Been playing six string for about 5 years and reached that all important Grade eight standard lol. So i teach guitar aswell as teaching general music skills for the reaching out project and very soon the MK college.

Moved to seven strings recently by complete accident. I've had a seven string for a while but never really played it until i joined a band and my mate had a crap guitar so i gave him my six to play on and since my seven was nearest to hand i played on that. Ever since then i havn't put it down.

I'm mostly a heavy metal player but i play blues and i'm learning Jazz as well as having Classical Training. I'm doing my first performance grade in a couple of weeks which is the once between 6 and 7 so thats cool. I play in two bands. One is a Rock band with progressive elements and some heavy metal type harmonies, the other is balls Progressive Gore-Grind. I've also written for a local acoustic act for the last three or so years but have got really bored of acoustic lately.

Those Squire's aren't too bad at all for the money, everyone who played my old one was surprised at how good it was. I never modded it, but I suspect if you change the pickups & pots it'll be a really good guitar.
